In these times of moronic fuel prices-

I would also like to see some pics of this custom bed.

But I get around 19.5 constantly in mine. 3.0 with an intake and underdrive pulley and 4.10 gears.

It is actually hard core DIY- Factory looking, meh, 8 feet away maybe, but usable? Uh, yeah! I am thinking about ripping off Dodges moniker and calling it "The Little Turbo Express Truck"... You just have to really think about balancing the loads!

i get a pretty consistent 14 (mostly city driving) in my '88, 2.9L 4x4 factory drivetrain, sitting on 33's. then again it has god knows how many miles (the odometer says 49K, but it only goes to 99K so who knows?) and it misfires pretty bad at idle.

I get right at 24 mpg on the highway with my lifted 2wd with 33's and a Yakima roof rack. 4.0 motor and auto trans. 4:10 gears. Around town in stop and go driving I get about 18.

shit, when I was driving highway alot with mine I was getting 19.5 if I didn't go above 70. 2wd 4.0, 5spd, 3.73, stock height tires. If I went above 70 it dropped to 17mpg.
