ive got no pip signal to coil.. replaced eec pip icm coil... I replaced the icm last and it ran for a little bit thae I lost spark again.. getting codes 14 @ 18 ..
so I want to know how to test the spout to see if its grounding out somehow.. help
 
Unplug PCM, ICM, and coil, then test continuity to ground from the SPOUT line.

More likely you have a bad wire somewhere from what you described.
