2.3L ('83-'97) Ignition module heat sink paste.

What is everyone using for heat sink paste on the back of the ignition module where it bolts to the intake. I’ve read all kinds of different forums on this and it’s all over the board . The ford Manuel says silicone dielectric compound. Other people say heat sink compound etc. I may be overthinking this . What say you .

I'd just get some heat sink compound like for computer parts, they have little tubes cheap on amazon and such.
