already had a chest X-ray because I thought I had lung cancer. its not emphysema. I don't have any other symptoms of emphysema like the barrel chest (you chest literally is shaped like a barrel, not barrel chested as in big well defined pectoral muscle) or a weak diaphragm or tar oozing out of the lung tissue..... looks like I quit on time. My Doctor does want me to come back in for a TB test.
