idles rough after start up

i have a 1996 2.3 atomatic with 120xxx on the clock i had bought it a year ago working just fine but last month it started idleing rough after startup and would die when. if i give it gas on startup its fine or if the engine is still warm it starts fine.


any info on where to start looking or what to start replacing would be great.

I had the same problem, only to find out that i needed to replace my spark plugs and wires. It could be also that you could need a injection clean and a fuel filter change. These aer some of the things that i have encountered. Hope that that was some help. good luck!
