My 1999 Ranger is having idle problems. The throttle body got replaced and the sensor was cleaned. I replaced the IAC in it because the code 1506 came on. I removed the negative charge to the battery for 10 minutes to try and reset the computer. The problem is still happening. When I push the clutch or am in neutral, coasting, it’ll idle high until I am at a complete stop.
