update time!!!!! got my radius arms done!!!!

picked up some 7/8 rod ends from ruff stuff specialties. they are cheap and great quality check them out!!!

made some brackets with 1/8 steel and doubled up the steel for the bolt holes

chopped off the ends of the arms to make way for the pipe

wont be needing this anymore!!!

all done! fixed the caster problem and got rid of the crooked spring

and the front drive line is straight now.

soooo I measured wrong haha sits a little too far forward but a higher bumper should clear the tires

Looks good man. I like the look of the tires being alittle pushed towards the front. Gives you more approach angle.lol and I nice tube bumper would look good on the front of that thing.

That was my same thought. Based on the angle the tube makes with the bottom edge of the stock radius arm though, I am hoping it is welded along there...

Either way, a taco gusset on the top of that joint would be a great idea if you don't want your arms to snap in half. If it is just butt-welded, plate the bottom edge along with the sides, or maybe just start over.
