Idaho prerunner project


picked up some 7/8 rod ends from ruff stuff specialties. they are cheap and great quality check them out!!!

 
soooo I measured wrong haha sits a little too far forward but a higher bumper should clear the tires

 
Looks good man. I like the look of the tires being alittle pushed towards the front. Gives you more approach angle.lol and I nice tube bumper would look good on the front of that thing.
 
Are the tubes you welded on to extend your radius arms just butt-welded to the stock arm?

That was my same thought. Based on the angle the tube makes with the bottom edge of the stock radius arm though, I am hoping it is welded along there...
 
Either way, a taco gusset on the top of that joint would be a great idea if you don't want your arms to snap in half. If it is just butt-welded, plate the bottom edge along with the sides, or maybe just start over.
