its not too bad but its gonna cost me 550 atleast for the parts and 1000-1200 for paint

ouch, almost happened to me last night but instead of a dirt bank it was a large ditch i almost ended up in.

Ice can sneak up on you for sure. I was pulling a load of lumber last week. Gross weight ~100,000#. Driving slow because of the snow, brought a 4 lane highway down to less than 2 lanes so I had to buck snow just to have a lane to be in. Cross wind hit me and slid the whole truck sideways towards the ditch. Not a lot you can do in that situation other than try to drop some speed and hope to heck that the tires bite before the ditch. Would have helped out a lot if the road crews had actually gotten out and cleared the highways more than once in a 24+ hour snow storm.

Lots of people go in the ditch this time of year. They seem to not realize that last year snow and ice was slippery. Maybe this year it will be different. LOL

least now you dont have to worry bout scratchin the paint

that hurts!! good thing is a minor damage, dont even wanna think about ditching or rollover:nono:

oh speaking of roll overs 2 years ago i rolled my 95 ranger into a stream.. it was like a 10ft drop going bout 40-45 mph

ill post pics of the carnage tomorrow... btw that 95 still runs and drives perfect :) and is road legal theres just alot of dents thats all haha

(the 95 is my winter beater every winter lol but i cant kill her... she is indestructable heres a pic of her last winter best i can get without going and taking pics.. if u look close u can see the bed is pretty dented.. new door and i smashed the fender back out (now the fender is bondo and almost looks like new)
