Ok now this really blows my mind this entire time, it was a brand new battery that i just bought that was causing most of my problems. I fixed everything that i thought needed to be fixed. But now i have no spark!!! But what is really the craziest part? I turn the key to the on position and when i go and turn my distributor i have a spark tester on my number one cylinder and it lights up and then i have a slight short humming sound. But when I go to crank her up and still has no spark!! Has anyone ever heard of such a thing to happen?

The TFI module grounds and ungrounds the Coils "-" post for spark
Key On has the TFI module ground the coil to charge it up
When TFI gets a "signal" from hall effect sensor in the distributor it ungrounds the coil to make it spark
If you rotate the distributor with key on it can initiate a spark same as spinning rotor in a distributor

Key on and off can also cause a spark, coils spark when they are powered up and then power is cut

As for the no spark when cranking, assuming coil works, unplug the SPOUT Connector, see if you then get spark

Assuming coil has 12volts when key is on and in START(cranking) the only reason for no spark is that the Hall effect sensor is not pulsing or TFI module is not turning on and off the Coils ground wire

Spraying fuel into the intake is way better than spark tester, 50/50 test

Ok it's very slow cranking so I take the starter to advance and they tell me it's bad but before i took it off the motor still turned over, now even i put the new one on, the relay just clicks repeatedly, nothi g else other than that happens i just replaced the relay can changing the starter actually cause the relay to go out? Or should i take a closer look at the wiring? Im almost positive i put it back on right maybe i didn't let the pinion engage properly?

The repeated clicking is a sign of a bad wire connection. Check both positive and negative sides.
