Clean your room before you criticise the world.
So I got the trans rebuilt in my b2 the fm146 and after spending 1600$ it still makes input shaft bearing noise and still has gear clader and doesn't like to shift when it's cold so can someone who knows more about this than me explain why this could be
 
I think you did too, take it back and ask them what the deal is.

When it is "cold" gear oil is thick at first and it will be hard to shift... nature of the beast.

Shoulda went M5OD for that much $$
