He picked up some sears tools today, and gave them to me!
AND HE ONLY PAID 8 BUCKS! WHOOT!
And no, that doesnt mean extreamly poor quality, it means extreamly good deal.
He finds stuff like this every so often. People will walk right by it thinking its expensive but the real price is never down because they don't have prices on stuff in the back storage.

2 ton jackstands(x2)
2 ton floor jack
and a creeper

Yea, I'm pretty damn happy today.

Now I can get around to workin' on my truck :headbang:

congrats on the score. And for eight bucks thats a deal. They look to be Champion, not Craftsman. Correct? Either way as you probably read, some craftsman jackstands might shear all the teeth a month out of warranty. Just inspect them to make sure. But nice score! Happy wrenching.

Yep, they're champion. Still toothed though, so I'm a tad worried.
I'll make sure to keep a bunch of thick wood under the truck in case it does fall on me, that way HOPEFULLY I would be killed.
First thing on the list of stuff to do is level out the front coils.

Good score Koda. I wouldn't worry about putting wood down. Craftsman is quality and even if it were to fail death and taxes are guaranteed anyway:headbang:

OMG this came up on new threads WTF? just realized its OLD OLD

Yeah well.. I'll be using his Kmart discount no more.

I'll use mine. :D I finally got a job.

I wont find sweet deals like this though, I'm just a checkout guy. The overnights are the ones that find this stuff.

Oh, and yes. They do still work. Never used the creeper though, I'm on a gravel driveway.

well then add the offroad wheels there dontcha know

oh ja sure you betcha. i can get really into it and mix in a german one too or i can get the native american accent even

they look cheap to me and 2 ton isnt that much a ranger alone weights about that. I have a full size 6 ton jack and jack stands from craftsman. a jack isnt someplace to skimp. i wouldnt feel safe using those stands and jack. yeah you got a creeper for 8 bucks throw the stands and jack away

His is funtional for just a Ranger for sure. I need to buy a good jack because I agree that thats not a place to skimp. I still have the stock Ford jack. I also don't own a key to the spare tire lock and dealers said they wont make one so I'm screwed until I cut mine off(Scared to put a saw to my ranger). maybe locksmith can do it for cheap?
