Think of it like this, at least you don't drive a whateva-the-**** that thing was. I wanted to back out of my driveway one day cause some stupid Spanish guy was driving a dirt bike up and down my small street. I so wanted to send him over the side of my bed... Give me an excuse to get a new bed.

Thanks guys, well since the police has my license, they gaved me a citation, and i was looking at it today, it clearly says im able to drive with it. so not a big deal at least on that.
i have to get at least 3 paint shop quotes on the damage for thursday. then negotiate with the tuk tuk owner and give him some time for him to come with the money. ill even ask for a new tire, because it has a big chunk of metal on the side, and the tire wasnt that old/worn.
maybe i could help him by juts getitn a used tire on my money, ill see how my mood is by thursday.

So ill take it to my painter tomorrow and thena couple more expensive places tuesday and start gettin parts prices.

I just hope this gets solved up easy, im just not in the mood for standing for peoples bs.

The tuk tuk driver claimed i was speeding, the way i hit him clearly demonstrates i wasnt. if i was speeding i would have rammed him with all the front end, not just the corner. i wouldnt have enough time to try to dodge him.

Then he claimed i was passing another car, if i was passing, then he would been hit by 2 vehicles, not just one. so where the other one? there are no skid marks either.
and that means he saw 2 cars and he still decided to cross the road.

I found out he needs eyeglasses and wasnt wearing them while he was driving.
Also the driver seat is meant for the driver only, and he had a friend of his riding along on the left side. how in hell he could see a damn truck was coming if his friend was covering his view?
Everywhere he looks, hes screwed.

I still wonder how me missed the horn, because eveyrtime i see people on the road sides i use the horn like if im gettin raped inside of the truck.


Ohh and in like 7 years of driving, this is my first accident.

if i got the ticket and thought it was in the wrong i would fight the ticket so i could reasonably have some ground for wrongful damage claims if the other guy knew he was in the wrong.

otherwise i would just be happy to be alive.

I hate people who drive like maniacs, then cover themselves up in lies... I had some women brake around a blind curve for someone not crossing. Needless to say I couldn't stop in time after I turned corner. She wanted my iPhone 4 or shed call cops. I said no and she asked to use my phone to call them. I laughed.
I hope things go your way, it sucks to always do the right thing and always lose, happens to me alot.

Yeah i thank God this didnt end up worst. imagine how i would end if a semi trailer or even another car would have been on the other lane while i crossed the whole road dodgin this guy. or the guy in a bike that even closed his eyes when he saw the ranger going on his direction-i managed to shift to 2nd and floor it and made the truck fish tail to the opposite direction, and then made it fish tail to the other direction because there was a nissan frontier parked there. Man it was the wildest 30 seconds i ever had.
remembering this still makes me sweat cold, but im gettin over it. I drove my truck today and that made me feel better
