I finally got it running today but it started raining(I know in washington how wierd)so I didn't get it tune up very well cause I wussed out.

Ok so I haven't been on here in a while so here is an update...I got the truck running a couple months ago but I couldn't get it to run right so I started researching the problem and I learned that fuel pressure and fuel volume are very important to a weber carb. I also learned that when you remove all the egr crap you also need to fix the manifold for exhaust leaks.
So to make a long story short it is running good and there are no exhaust leaks now that I have a header on it from a 94 mazda b2300.
The truck picked up some bottom end torque and some top end pull but I need to work on the mid range a little more.but it idles now and still runs good @ cruise.

ok I drove it to the jobsite today and it ran really good.
it is about 100 miles roundtrip and I drove over tiger summit on hyway 18 here in washington (this is a long steep hill) on the way home and I would not have had to down shift if it wasn't for the semi trucks slowing me down but I only had to downshift to 4th gear and I was able to get back up to speed which it would not have been able to do before.
I would grade this mod as a solid 10+ on a scale of 1 to 10 I am happy.

For those of you who are following this build thread I am in the process of writing it up and I will post it under the tech section but will post a link on here as that is the only way I can figure out how to do it as I is computur alitrite.
