I bought my first electric scooter =)

I got jacked up on a gas one that 'only' did 28.

28 was terrifying.
I would imagine even at 28mph so much as a crack in the sidewalk you'd go flying

The one I had was a Go-Ped sport, hard tires about 6" tall. It would go over cracks decently enough... but man... the vibrations youd get through your hands and your feet were absolute murder lol. Half from the hard tires, half I'm sure from the 2 stroke motor.

I juiced mine right up naturally 😋. I got it as a 23cc with a restrictive airbox and box muffler.. bought a bigger top end and a stuffed crank with +2mm stroke bringing it to 30.5cc, bigger carb with a velocity stack, and a super obnoxious fatty tuned pipe for it..

After i did all that it had enough mustard where a good crack of the throttle would pull the front wheel off the ground with all my 200+ lbs on it. I didn't initially realize this.. so I got sent off the back of it in the middle of traffic one day and skun my knee all to hell lol. It was hard playing that off like I wasn't in the worlds largest amount of pain 🤣 mostly to the ego.

why would you pass on 43mph on a scooter
If 65km/h isn't enough, you can get the hot rod one which does 110km/h

Where do you ride at >30km/h? The though of riding 50km/h in traffic on my FZ750 was occasionally too exciting (gravel, other drivers, etc). And a scooter doesn't stop as fast/isn't as obvious to traffic... You certainly can't ride that fast on the sidewalk.

Does look like fun though - I'll have to dig out all my down hill bike gear..

I seen a kid once on a skateboard in town try to do one of those fancy jump flip things and bite it hard on the concrete infront of like 8 cars and a few pedestrians. He jumped right back up but carried the skateboard.

I spent the drive home laughing my ever loving ass off.

Probably about 66mph. No thanks. With my luck, I wouldn’t die and there would be lots of miserable suffering. Drs don’t seem to want to give pain killers any more.

I saw a guy the other morning on an electric one wheel thing doing at least 45 on the highway shoulder on my way to work... no spank you very much... people are two dumb, the next morning it was sprinkling and everyone removed their brain and left them at home for safe keeping for the drive to work...
