Checked into the spring rates SL 4" lift coil = 530 lbs/in and SJ 4" lift coil = 480 lbs/in that difference is definitely not worth it.
 
50 lbs might make the ride a little smoother buy if you have a 4 inch lift why not pick up 6 in soft ride coils get a longer more flexable coil
