That's outstanding, CopyKat. I salute your tenacity and workmanship.
 
I plan on doing the same thing to my Ranger. I have to replace the windshield anyway and the cowl is bent in from the previous owner having the hood fly up. I'm hoping to grind the welds off the old cowl panel to remove and drilling out the spot welds on the replacement? How'd the panel adhesive work? Any suggestions, other than to forget it?
