So, I've always thought the term "highboy" was for vehicles that had a divorced t/case and sat higher than the normal 4WD truck because there were originally 2WD models converted. Plus, they were only F-250s. Am I thinking wrong? This guy is calling this a "highboy" clone. I guess I'm a little thrown by the misuse of the term. Aside from that, it's a nice looking SWB F-150 for sure.

Yes, pretty much.
The term highboy is not a Ford term. It’s a term used by Ford truck enthusiasts for 67-77.5 F250 4x4s. They used the divorced transfer case (np205 or np203), narrow frame rails, closed knuckle d44 HD low pinion front axles (d60s on the snow fighter package), and either a 360 or a 400 (on the later ones).
They never had 390s, even though half the people out there claim it’s a 390.
