How To Post Articles To Be Added To The Site

We're always looking for information to share with other enthusiasts.

This is a basic "how to" on submitting information to this site so it can be added to either the:

• 1983-2011 Ford Ranger Tech Library
• 2019+ Ford Ranger Tech Library
• The website in general

If you're not a registered Forum Member, I would encourage you to do so. However, you can still submit information through our Contact Us Page.

If you're not registered but want to register, you can do so by Registering.

Where To Submit It:

You obviously found the proper forum section. Congratulations!

Post A Thread:

You can start your submission by clicking the red 'Post Thread' button:

After clicking the 'New Thread' button, you'll be able to enter a title, and enter your submission:

Or look at the first spot at the top of the posts, and click to enter a thread title:

And it will open up for you to enter your submission:

Adding Images:

Articles are always much more helpful when they have photos. You can add them by clicking the image icon next to the Smilie emoji:

Format For Articles:

Below is a template for submitting an article for the tech library or the site in general. Please use this as template.

Also, please place pictures with their related step. Don't post pictures as one large lump sum at the end.

REMEMBER: The more DETAILED pictures the better!

Submitting It:

Read over it before submitting it. Does it make sense, or will it leave people with questions? Did you include all of the important details? Do you have photos / images for reference where needed so people know what you're talking about?

Articles should be your own work and have photos to help explain the article.

Once done with your post, click the 'Submit New Thread' button (second image up)
