First step is to find good building material and get a floor plan
Then find some good help. Not too cheap, they need to know a little something about building, but not too expensive either. Don't want to blow the budget on "HELP"
Find a nice piece of real estate for construction to begin.
Get the "HELP" to start sorting material.
Then with a little bit of heavy lifting, on my part, DONE!
If a moderator wants to move this to the "how to" technicalsection, I understand.
