I got just under 73,000 on my 04 4.0l 4x4. Justed fixed a Engine code that turned out to be a bad Air Filter!! Now Runs Great. Oh Looking to SELL it to go with Motorcycle then Buy Hopefully a NEW 2012 Ranger(Diesel), God Willing we get it!!!

92 Explorer 178K 3rd tranny for me runs good no isues uses a quart oil every 1500miles or so although the drive train has been totaly rebuilt I bought it 2 1/2 yrs ago w 130K

I just rolled over 300,000km tonight.... I do something somewhat major to the truck every 50k....

50,000 - Learned to drive stick, was my grandfathers truck and was 14-15yrs old at the time
150,000 - Took ownership of the truck
200,000 - First lift kit, 33's
250,000 - SAS
300,000 - .......Engine swap! SAS overhaul....

Pay no attention to guage cluster face....aftermarket one was in mph, truck is Canuckian and odo reads Kms.

I got a 09 and that I bought new at the dealer and I'm sitting at just about 18,000km and I'm hoping I'll get atleast 250km out of her. But then again I still got 6 more years of warranty before I gotta worrie about blowing the motor up. In the mean time I'm gunna continue to drive it like I stole it. I get mine serviced at the dealer and I plan on getting it done their for a long time hopefully having the proper servicing with keep her running like new still

Just turned over 217k on a '94 4.0. I'm amazed at how good this motor sounds for this many miles.

Other than 2 clutches over the years, and having to re-torque the lower intake manifold, its been a happy motor.

214k miles still running strong, need to get my tranny rebuilt at some point or replaced. It grinds 1st-2nd, other then that i cant complain. engine seems tired at times but, its running and im happy, besides the ticking that just started. it seems to only come when i first start her up, and goes away for awhile. I only notice it happening real bad when i get off highway after cruising at 75 mph, gotta start cruising at 65....
