Holy cow, I can't believe this thread is still around. 2 years and 24,000 miles later, she's still running strong as long as the starter spins and still gets 18 mpg. Still pretty good for a truck that's been paid off, now for 11 years.

2003, 81,000 miles. with nothing replaced on the engine, besides the air filter, oil changes, and sparkplugs and wires (wires didnt need to be changed, i thought that was the misfire problem, which turned out to really be a sparkplug i cracked when i installed it.)
even the coolant is original

hell, it still has the factory battery which still works fine lol

203k runs good.allways use motorcraft oil and filter. did have to change a head gasket but you will have that. 3rd trans thow and i think this one is gona go soon next one is gettin a cooler added.

My original engine had 276,xxx mi and ran perfect right up until I hydro-locked it.
My 2nd engine is still running strong after 155,xxx mi.
