How many miles are on YOUR 4.0 SOHC?

Wow! You guys are making m feel bad.
94 XLT Supercab, 4.0 M5OD, only a measly 224000.
But, I've had company trucks for 10+ years so she's had a lot of 'rest'.

"Only" 133k. Still runs like new. Oil change every 5k and coolant and spark plugs every 50k. Only issue has been a cracked thermostat housing, which is a common problem.

'97 4x4 splash has 264,000

new clutch, banged up, timing chain rattles but it still runs everyday

Mine survived to 245,113 and finally met it's demise. Rebuilt now with another 10k on it.

2004 xlt 4x4 only problem was the harmonic balancer came apart ,never been in the shop 27760 miles and still looks new .
