How do i replace these bulbs on my 02 ranger

My battery gauge light went out and i want to put a new bulb in

My cruise control left button light bulbs went out

I used my cruise control for the first time driving home from work going 39 mph.

In 4 days i am getting a full exterior mobile auto detailing job done and the total will be $269.00 =)

The light for the cruise button is part of that button assembly, so you need to find a working unit and replace the whole button assembly.

To change any of the lights in the instrument cluster, you need to remove the instrument cluster.

By the way, they now sell (Amazon) replacement 194 LED dash light bulbs that work either way they are inserted - no worry about polarity.
