Hello! I'm Hopman's '94 Ranger.

Here are my specs:
Engine: 2.3L SHOC twin spark 4-banger
Tranny (not THAT kind you perv!): 5 speed stick :3gears: and 4x4 t-case
Shoe size (tires): P215/75R15 Firestone Destination A/T
Weight: That's kind personal, isn't it? That's between me and Hopman.
Miles (Fine, :annoyed: I'll let him put this in!): 153,000 (but I don't look mile over 100,000)

Well, now that's over with, I was born one day in New Jersey, and boarded a train up to New England. From there I bounced around until Hopman found me one fateful November day. The prievous owner before him was nice enough to upgrade my music system to a Sony Xplode CD player.
Hopman has given me a new hat (bed cap) and a wonderful new set of shoes (the Firestones). He takes me to the doctor (mechanic) for a check-up every 3,000 miles. In return, I've taken him to visit rollercoasters, move friends, and for nice long drives in the country.

Hopefully, I'll have him for a good long time.

looks good...but would lose the cap and random hub cap.

There's a matching hub cap on the other side.
As for the bed cap, it was offered to me for $200, plus he installed it for me. Besides, I have a unique truck. It makes it easier to find in a world where Rangers of all types are a dime a dozen. I jokingly call it the "Flying Eggplant."

Unless somebody proves me wrong, I more that likely have the ONLY Ranger with this crazy color combo.

I'm surprized you don't chew me out for the stickers!

I didn't find the truck, the truck found me. A friend of mine knew I was looking for a new ride and tjough this would be perfect for me. He was right. :icon_thumby:

looks good man! i wish i could get one of those when i got mine lol

new rims and colormatching the cap would really set it off

If I had the $$$$, I'd like a new set of rims. A nice set of Alcoas (If I could find a set in a 15x6 size) would look killer on it.
As for the cap, I like it as is. It "stands out" from the crowd. It's an oddball, just like the owner.

I found it used from a friend of mine about three years ago. I bought it because I needed a new reliable vehicle that was good on gas. The truck didn't have the cap when I got it. I bought it for $200. It's a good Century cap.

good. u can find cheap rims on craigslist and stuff like that u know

I had to fix more pressing issues with my truck. Like the hole in the floor board and the muffler that's rusted out. I need both of those fixed in order to pass NH inspection.

New wheels are kind low on my wish list right now.

ull get to invest on the looks later :icon_thumby:

@94bigsteele: :icon_rofl: :icon_rofl:

i wish the cap was lime green ,you could look like barnie lol

It HAS been called Barney by some friends. They quit doing that when they saw what the truck is REALLY capable of. It ain't no toy.

I prefer to call it the "Flying Eggplant!" Kind of ironic given the only way it'll fly is if it gets dropped from a C-130.

yeah it was the same way here, but when they saw it hauling 2300lbs and going 40mph uphill nobody laughed.

Time for some 235/75/15's or 31x 10.50's and 7 cans of flat black.

With me, they quit laughing after I yanked out a big shrub with mine. Dropped her in 4-Lo, 1st gear, let out the clutch, and hit the gas!

I like to think of Rangers as the "Swiss Army Knife" of trucks because they can do so much in a small, handy package!
