HID Options?

Are HIDs worth the investment?

  • Yes, but don't buy the Ebay ones. Buy a well known brand.

So 5k 55 if i just want pure white. I did all led's in my b2. Only thing I had a problem with was turn signals. I had to put in a clay load resistor in my tailights for them to work normal again. I just gotta get behind my dash and put leds in, only thing missing them ha. I put in a 5" tach on the left side of my instrument panel, where oil press. volts, gas gauge and temp would go. 2 of the gauges didnt work anyway and now the things way bright. Need to brighten up my speedo

You can remover the resistor with a set of electronic relays http://bit.ly/1c2iNTq
Yes 5k either 35 or 55. Its just 55 will be brighter and whiter. Also did you do those reverse hids, if so what brand....

It was just a another another h4 kit I bought off a friend after he got new ones. So it was just an ebay brand. I'm having a problem with melting the black tailight housing itself, but i use them as a spotlight to hook on and tow out people and always leave them on because i forget. I just used epoxy and silicone to get them in honestly. But I love them

Housings - $30
HID kit - $45 x2, gonna swap out the fronts here soon for bixenon 55w
DRL leds- $20

thats just the headlight portion, well and reverse lights

H4 as in that secondary bulb that was mentioned in the previous posts? Kind of like daytime lights?

No, for the housings the H4 is the primary hi/low bulb. All 7x6 housings besides the sealed beams take an H4, or most that I've seen. In my headlights, it also takes a 194. Ill try to get some pictures in the daylight tommorow.
