Hi, Greg! Welcome to TRS. We have a whole forum section for engine swaps and the 5.0l is a popular one. One of the smartest things you could do is order the EVTM (Elevtrical & Vacuum Troubleshooting Manual) for your Ranger and also the one for the donor vehicl your engine, ecu, wiring harness, etc. Is coming from. That way you have the exact diagrams for each one for comparison.
