Help with body lift !!!!

I've never done a body lift before and my question is this. I bought a 2 inch body lift and it was shipped without the instructions , do I use or not use the original body to frame rubber bushings with the spacers or just use the new spacers by themselves , just not sure and the truck is already torn apart and wala no instructions. Bummer. Thanks to all.,

You'll use the new spacers in addition to the old bushings/mounts.

Oh crap now I have to order a set of bushings cause the ones on the truck are dried out and have some cracks and I might as well do it right the first time , damn good thing I don't need the truck because as I said before it is already tore down . Thanks
