Help Needed! Start Up Issue!

I've replaced the TPS and the Coolant Sensor Temp...Same issue still persists...but I am now 100% sure it is a fuel issue. If I prime the fuel pump (turn the ignition three times and hear the pump come on) it will start right up. If I do not prime it still has the start up issue. Any new ideas on what could be causing this issue?

what were the results of the fuel pressure tests that you did before replacing the expensive fuel pump?.........and I am sure the "mechanic" you have would have changed the fuel filter before he did any thing else!!!

Use your code reader and see if you can catch any pending codes!!!

This is all practical joke right?....and if it isn't did you replace the whole fuel pump setup and you need to do a fuel pressure test........

Practical Joke..No it is not. I'm being very serious about the issues that are continuing with my truck, if I wasn't I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be wasting my time asking questions on this forum! Yes, I've replaced the fuel pump and its assembly tower as for the fuel pressure numbers I don't have a freaking clue because I don't have a fuel pressure tester.
