As for the interchangeability, so many parts are common, that it'd be easier if we knew what you wanted to swap out. For the most part, if it looks the same it probably is. Also you can look up a given part for both vehicles and see if it's the same part number. O'Reilly's website even list all the application for a part. That makes it pretty easy.
