Heater Hose Tee???

Help,
I have a 2002 2.3 Dohc with a blown heater hose. The hose runs out of the bottom of the Heater control valve, around the rear of the motor, connects to a tee. At the tee a smaller hose runs up behind the head ( to where i do not know) and another hose runs to the thermostat housing outlet on the water pump... The hose busted between the thermostat outlet and the Tee... My question is do the hoses separate from the plastic tee or is all one piece. If they do separate how?

Any help or consideration will be greatly appreciated.

they should sperate. you could buy another tee at autozone. slice the hose length wise over the tee it should come off
