Yeah, it's a little rough, you need to get 4x4 brake lines/shocks if you have a 4x2. Depending on the engine size, lift is anywhere from 2-3 inches. Camber needs to be fixed after wards though. I drove it without fixing it and didn't see any excess wear on my tires.
