ok i need to get this off but cant get the 2 hold down bolts for the puller to thread in deep enough are these holes in the balancer pre tapped or not any one run into this i even went and got new bolts and no luck should i trying tapping it myself thanks

Hi, when you bought new bolts did you get ones that are about 1.5-2 inches longer? and smaller diameter? they will go into the threads that are in the balancer and you should be able to turn the main center of the puller and eventualy it will dislodge. will the bolts you are trying with start to thread into the holes with out the puller in place? are they the right diameter?

hope this helps. one other thing DON'T use impact on the puller bolt for it can use too much tork and possibly strip the main threads for the crank shaft
