Gut the A/C or not?

i'd keep it tho.. b/c seriously, gutting it won't really save you THAT much weight or anything... just keep it there for when you wanna use it.

I didn't mean it would be heavy, just if going to an OBA system the everything but the compressor would be worthless.

So does anyone know if i can leave the A/C compressor off and just use a belt for a non- A/C explorer?
