Recently (2 months ago) i replaced my front rotors, bearings, seals, and pads. All of which were replaced with brand new parts because i heard some grinding comming from the front end which sounded just like worn bearings, but my bearings were fine, since i had everything already bought and taken off, I replaced everything anyway. However, the sound has not gone away, i did check the hubs, thinking maybe there was car crap built up in the hub. wrong again. The sound, i believe is a grinding, but others call it a growling or a groaning. The sound is constant, starts at 20 mph and won't stop until i am under 20, turning left or right, no mater what i do...its there. I believe its comming from the front right. Its a 1995 ford ranger stx, 4.0L, 4x4 manual locking hubs, automatic, with air, extended cab. Also pedal pulsation is an issue, does anybody know the torque specs for the manual locking hubs? I have a hanes and chiliton manual, they say the same specs, which i follow to a micro inch pound. but still the pulsation. any thoughts would be great thanks in advance.
