Getting a PO712 code "system too rich"

I have a 2002 Ranger 3.0 2WD auto. Im getting a PO712 code. What could be causing the system to run too rich? is it an O2 sensor? If so, how do i know which sensor is bad? The engine does seem to run a little funny-it doesn't run really smooth and sounds like its rich and hogs through gas quickly. So the code seems accurate.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm trying to get it through DEQ!!!
