I am looking to get about 2 inches of lift on my 91 ext cab 4.O with 31x10.50 BFG A/T tires.

For the rear i'm going to be piecing together new spring packs with explorer leafs.

The front is where my question is. I want the truck to sit level so, if I put in 4 inch lift coils, that will level it out and add 2 inches of lift to match the rear?

Another question.
Is there a benefit to setting up the rear in such a way that I can eliminate the stock block and put the truck 2 inches over stock height?

you cannot raise the front more than 2" without lift brackets or it will not be alignable....

yes you can get rid of the rear block with the Ex/Ranger pack you are building along with a set of the Chevy lowering shackles......

Some have been successful with stacking large diameter washers underneath their spring coils. This will raise it 1". Also, using a 2" lift coil will level it out back to where it is supposed to be.

I would try these for the front.

I can only think of two things where 2" really matters. I suppose my truck is one!
