I grabbed a spare set a few years ago...they are hard to find now though...I suppose you could make somthing up out of metal, but they do have a bit of play built into them...maybe LMC has them...I haven't seen anything in NAPA that would work but they may be able to order some...not sure what other vehicles use them because I haven't been looking...

I used a 1/4" bolt with a wing nut until I was able turn up a set at a JY.
It was a PITA, but it worked.
