They're not saying that it won't work.....they're only saying it's going to be gutless if he doesn't.

3.73's and 33"s will work fine yes, if you like being forced to drive like a grandma, all while getting shitty mileage as you're lugging the engine all the time.

I like the idea of 4.56's and 33"s. But that's if you wheel it alot.

thanks eevery one, i think for now im just gonna put hte 31s and the lift, cuz i dont wanna spent anymore than that for now, then int he spring ill get the 32 or 33s and see how gutless it is then go fromt here. I dont really do a whole lot of wheeling, just a bit here and there. I would prefer to change the gearing but its mostly a cost issue

I run 33's on 3.73 with a OHV 4.0 manual trans.

I've had it like this for 67,000 miles and I am NOT disatisfied.
Yes, i would prefer 4.10.

Gas mileage?
I get @ 19-20 in the summer, 17-18 in the winter (driving somewhat conservatively)

Kylle777,
go for the 33's if you want them.
Try to find someone to borrow a set from and see how you like em.
check craigslist for a set of used ones.

If you're doing a lift then do the 33's now. 31's fit at stock height.
