I am looking at Super Cab, XL-trim, RWD Rangers, and at $495, the FX2 adds real, aesthetic appeal without adding weight or sacrificing (nominal loss) fuel efficiency. Does anyone on the forum own one or have experience with them?

No experience but I agree, for the small amount of money it seems like a pretty good package.

Yeah I was actually just pricing one out one on Ford's website. Seems like a pretty good deal. Gives you the locking rear diff, All-Terrain tires, and it might alter the suspension some too. It does mandate the STX package on the XL, but the STX is fair amount of content for the $$. I was able to bring one in for under $30k.
