Been diggin and diggin. Cant find anything.

My fuel rail is rotted through and is spewing gas out like crazy. Pulled off the intake yesterday and the conectors on the lines back down (1 to the filter,1 to the vent line) are shot as well.

Anybody know of where i can get a rail and those two lines? Junkyards by me are all full of rot boxes too.

I know someone's got a parts truck sitting there waiting for me!

Did you try anything newer like from a 2.5? They are pretty much the same thing and I had an extra one but lost it when I had to dump two of my three donors.

I checked LMC but couldn't find anything listed...they do have some parts for the 2.3 so maybe check with them...

Yeah, checked there, they ain't got crap. Might have to go custom on this one. Looking to maybe try an retrofit a mustang one. those 2.3 liter turbo guys are nuts! they gotta have something. Problem is this is just a plow truck, I don't wanna sink all kinds of coin in it.

I got a friend in OK going through the u-pull its trying to find me something close as well. I figure if I have something somewhat clean to start with, i can tap it into the existing lines. I only need to go from the engine side of the filter up and the return line has a connection point right past the filter too. dont know If i want to try rubber as I know those get under a bit of pressure.

I haven't used these guys in years, but it's worth a try. Fill out the form(s) of what parts you need and you will get quotes from junkyards with the parts you need.

Bought a few things years ago from different places and always was happy.

I went to car-part dot com... put in ford 1996 ranger 2.3l injector and got a bunch of results. Used the 'midwest' region as I don't know where you are.
The results indicated they were available. You can sort by distance from zipcode, price or ???

Tom - Wow! that site works great. I'll call around an see what I can get.

My Oklahoma contact had his hands on them in a pick n pull so I'll see what that comes up with first...

Thanks again for your help guys.
