Okay took my ranger to Kentucky a week ago after figuring out the computer was bad..Made a great rtip pulling my trailer and harley...only problem I had was fuel tank/pump seal leaking upon fill up and dribbling fuel....upon return to florida..today I decide to change that seal and lock ring out...easy fix right? of course! got the new seal in locked it down and plugged everything back up...now no fuel pump....pulled it back out checked all the wiring main pump fuse good...check the plug to the pump and power source to pump is dim....inertia switch? I felt under there and I dont feel it needing reset.....mad as hell and ready to hit the car lot soon...

Could be a broken power wire. Remove the inertia switch. Test the voltage in and out for 12v. Then test the power wire at the fuel pump for 12v. If it’s not getting 12v then there’s a break or short in the wire.

now here is the best part....truck is fixed, new pump and screen $88 later, I tested the pump at battery and no good....Now how does a pump that was working fine and running great go bad just by pulling it out of the tank to change the rubber tank seal???lol

Ya got me on that! lol
