Fuel Injection for 1982 Ranger

Are there any after market or would it be possible to install a fuel injection system onto a 1982 2.0 or 2.3L Automatic Ford Ranger. I would like to start driving this vehicle again but it need a new carb, so I was wonder if I should just replace the carb or if there was fuel injection available for it. Thanks for your help.
