can someone tell me the size of the o rings on the 2 fuel connectors right at the fuel pressure regulator.

hmmmm, I figured out a dorman 800-131 is equivalent to what you pictured from napa without any part numbers. And dorman specifies that is a viton o-ring (so fuel rated, not your common rubber o-ring which will get eaten up by ethanol) but can't find the dimensions of the ring itself. Dorman doesn't sell just the rings plain solo, they sell a "help" kit of several o-rings fuel rated p/n 90100.
I'm striking out on the hunt, I think someone with em in hand and a pair of micrometers is going to be your only answer.
 
It might be easier to buy the Dorman branded repair connector like pictured and just use the o-rings...
 
I can take a look when I’m home, think I have a couple of those connectors around that I can measure
