how do u get the front glass outta a 91 ford ranger, the truck was rolled so its all smashed in, and u cant get it out with a screw driver, bcuz the glass just stretches, i was gonna try like they do in the movies, but i took the seat out, and dont want my foot to go thru it, and i need to take the glass out. and the truck is just gonna be driven on the trails

was thuinking about taking the wood cutting axe to it :icon_hornsup:

Is that one glued in, or does it have the rubber locking strip? If it is glued, you'll need a sharp bent screwdriver looking thingy and go around under the glue or even a sawzall to cut the bastard out of there. If its the locking rubber, pull the strip out or unlock it with the bent screwdriver (depending on which design) then push it out with your feet from the inside. Be SURE and wear gloves AND goggles...

Yeah, and the stretchy thing- use a 2X8 or something and push it out.

its got both from what i can tell, theres a rubber pad thing under the window, that has glue on both sides, and i pulled the metal strips from around the window, and i pulled a long strip of rubber from around it to

use a piano wire and poke it through the black rubber part and the pull it back and forth in a sawing motion. it takes a while, but youll get less glass cuts that way

do they really need to make this glass bullet proof for ppl to get off

Its held in with urethane, best removed with one of these to cut the urethane:
