Front brake and Seat Belt Question

Hi all, Dan from NC here, new to this forum.

Two unrelated questions about my wife's RWD 2002 Ranger XLT with 135k miles on the clock

Need to replace the front brakes and pads because of a pulsing that feels like warped rotors. I see some rotors listed with the hub and others without. Should I change the hub at the same time? I assume with the hub still means I need to separately deal with the inner
and outer bearings.

Second question. The driver's seat belt buckle won't catch any longer. Is there a better source that my local dealer for this part? Checked out salvage yards a few years ago for a seat belt part and came away empty

On the 2wd trucks the brake rotor and hub are one solid piece and cannot be separated, so you can't replace the rotor without also replacing the hub. You should replace the wheel bearings when you replace the rotors and obviously the wheel seals as well.
 
As fsr as the seatbelt i believe LMC truck sells them.

The 2wd drive trucks with torsion bars use a slab rotor and a hub bearing like the 4wd trucks. So to the OP... do you have coil springs or torsion bars for the front suspension?

I'm only getting a listing for the two different size rotors on the RWD trucks and both show a rotor/hub one piece unit but I don't have a torsion truck so I'll refer to gump on this one. Either way should be easy to tell which type you have.

There are 2wd versions that have torsion bars just like a 4wd... they have slab rotors.

Not at all. Read the edit. Just showing what's in my manual for reference of the two types.

Our truck has the front coil spring suspension
 
Then you definitely have the one piece rotor/hub assembly as shown in the lower picture. There is still a 10" and 11" rotor. You need to measure but I believe only the 4.0 super cab trucks have the larger rotor.
 
I took the wheel off and used some squares and the current rotor looks like it's a little larger than 11"

I would never dream of saying you didn't have all the required information.

But the knuckles on my Ranger Edge, aka torsion bar 2wd, look like offspring of my coil spring Ranger, and my 4wd Ranger - it is the size/shape of the 4wd knuckle, while having the spindle of my 2wd. And it uses the hub & rotor combination of my coil spring Ranger.

And historically @adms08 educated me that 2wd torsion Rangers didn't use unit bearing and slab rotor, so I can't take credit for the knowledge.
 
The rotor is 11.28" the 4.0 after a certain year came with a 12" rotor
