i would just like to compare both but i dont know much about toyotas. But what would be a stronger front axle d35/44 or toyota front a-arm i think they use??stock.and what about the 8.8 rear compared to a toyota rear.the good and bad

The D35 is waaayyy stronger than Toyota IFS (and has much more flex capability). The D35 is probably stronger overall than the solid axle as well, due to the Birfield joints the Toy axle uses (there are aftermarket Birfield upgrades available however)

You can't use Toy axles in a RBV if you're thinking of swapping them though. diff is on the wrong side, and they're too narrow.

The 31 spline 8.8 is bigger in most every aspect over a Toy 8" rear.
