How do they plan to enforce that if you don't have a digital speedometer? Are they going to account for built in inaccuracies in the system?
Meaning, many Fords are known to move about 2 mph slower than indicated. Hondas are known to be about 3 mph slower than indicated. Ok, no problem there.What about vehicles with larger tires that move the indicated speed to slower than what you are actually traveling? My 2011 goes 3 mph faster than what my speedometer indicates I am going now that it has the 31" tires on it. Very few vehicles actually travel at the same speed the speedometer indicates that you are going.
More like a sign to make someone feel better and will be as effective as a no guns sign at a movie theater.
