ford 4.0L base timing

Does anybody know the base timing for a 1991 4.0L OHV and a 2001 4.0L sohc?

Or any year of either one.

Well I also know that that page has wrong info so I was hoping to get some actual hands on for those years.

Well, you can check it, but SFAIK there is no way to actually CHANGE it

The crank trigger is not adjustable

You can't normally, but I bought myself a quarter horse so I will be able to after I finish building my tune. The only I would do that is because I have a '01 sohc running on a '91 ECU (gonna be changing to '94 because '91 4.0L OHVs have batch fire fuel injection). Which I hope some one will change on the page superds linked, it says all OHV's and SOHCs are SEFI.
