Isn't that a V-8? Visualize the front end pointing up and the extra weighting shifting. Ya, if it would have went in reverse he probably would have saved it, but stuff happens.

This is why I'm not crazy about these things used for climbing. I like the wheelbase of a Ranger. I've seen numerous B2's lifting a wheel climbing and they'll go over backwards faster than the Ranger's will.

He tried. It said on the video he had it in reverse but it wasn't "listening." Too much weight on the tires maybe. Not to mention it's hard to think when you're truck's nose is pointing at the sun.

Sorry about that Bronco but glad to hear everyone is ok. That was a hell of a cool video. Get that thing caged and get and do it again.

I threw a "Hell Mary" for reverse and I got neutral...... After we flipped it back over, I checked to see what gear it was in.

I thought it was going to sit there, then it just kinda went, by the time I tried for reverse, it was too late.

And no, my reverse lights dont work. That would requrie a neutral saftey switch. And we all know about me and saftey.

I already found a Red 1990 body a guy is going to trade me straight across.

That sucks about the truck. It was a great rig. Good thing it's not a Jeep unibody and you can fix the damage by just swapping a new body on.

I don't blame you for not getting it into reverse. That kind of stuff happens so fast, and there are a million other things going through your mind.

How much lift do you have? That looks like an aweful lot of lift for a 94" wheelbase....

Sorry, its 97-98 W.B. I have no idea on lift, prolly 8-10 in, enough to clear 37s'....

Yea, for the toast body. He just picks up peoples junk cars and trucks and sells parts off them for a while and then crushes them. I told him found three or four cars around town he could get for free, so he said that he kinda owed somthing.
