Finding the correct fuel filler inlet neck

Getting a persistent P0455 and after smoke test, purge valve, solenoid valve replacement, thinking next step is fuel filler neck, possibly charcoal canister filter. Problem is all the fitment notes on the aftermarket ones dont cover my flex fuel, extended cab 125" wb, stepside bed. However, Fords part site lists 1 option and all the fitment notes say it fits basically all 98-04 trucks. So do I take a chance and order whatever budget friendly one I decide on?

I would. Unless you think Ford used a totally different tank for flex fuel.
